What we collect

Contact details — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, company name and country, as you provide them
Inquiry content — the questions, requirements, and specifications you send
Technical logs — standard web server access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security and traffic analysis

What we don't collect

Payment card information on this site (payments are handled through separate banking channels)
Detailed tracking cookies or advertising pixels
Biometric data of any kind

How we use it

Contact details and inquiry content are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, to manage that relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except where required by customs, banking, or shipping partners to complete a transaction you've authorized.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for up to three years for audit and regulatory purposes. You can request deletion of your records at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to any mandatory retention requirements.

Messaging platforms

WhatsApp and WeChat communications are subject to their respective platform privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Meta's WhatsApp privacy policy and Tencent's WeChat privacy policy for details on platform-level data handling.
