New Vehicle Export
Our primary business. We source factory-new vehicles directly through our Shanghai 4S dealer network — the same cars you'd buy from a domestic showroom, prepared for export with export-spec documentation and left-hand or right-hand drive as required.

Used Vehicle Export
China's used-car export program expanded significantly in recent years, with Shanghai designated as a pilot export city. We work with qualified used-car export license holders to supply certified pre-owned Chinese vehicles — typically 6 months to 3 years old, with full service history.

- Markets with high new-car tariffs where used CBU is tax-advantaged

SKD & CKD Kits
For markets with prohibitive CBU tariffs — or for buyers operating a local assembly partner — we supply vehicles as SKD (semi-knocked-down) or CKD (complete-knocked-down) kits.
CBU vs SKD vs CKD — which fits?
- CBU (Complete Built Unit) — fully assembled cars. Fastest delivery, simplest documentation. Best for markets with moderate tariffs.
- SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) — partially disassembled. Reduces import duty classification. Requires local reassembly capability but not full assembly plant.
- CKD (Complete Knocked Down) — full parts kit. Lowest import duty in most jurisdictions. Requires a full assembly line and significant local investment.
Homologation Support
Local type approval is ultimately the buyer's responsibility — we are not a homologation authority. However, we supply the manufacturer documentation and testing files that local homologation specialists need:
- GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) — factory GCC-spec builds with hot-weather certification
- WVTA (European whole-vehicle type approval) — for EU-spec BYD, Zeekr, and select Xpeng/MG builds
- COC (Certificate of Conformity) — European import documentation
- CCC / 3C — Chinese mandatory certification files (useful for some ASEAN markets)
Shipping & Documentation
All shipments originate from Shanghai — Yangshan Deep Water Port or Waigaoqiao terminal. We coordinate both RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) and container shipping.
Shipping terms
- FOB Shanghai — our default. Buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance. Simplest for experienced importers.
- CIF (destination port) — we arrange ocean freight and insurance. Convenient for first-time importers.
- DDP (destination) — available to select markets where we have logistics partners. We handle everything including import duties.
Payment terms
- T/T (wire transfer) — 30% deposit on contract signing, 70% against Bill of Lading copy
- L/C at sight — available for orders above USD 200,000, issued by first-class banks
- Western Union, crypto, cash — not accepted
